A bit about me

Based in the Netherlands, I manage the WRQR platform—a telecom retail automation system used across MediaMarkt stores in Europe. My work sits at the sweet spot between technology and business: translating customer feedback into technical requirements, coordinating with development teams, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

What drives me is building things that solve real problems. Whether it's a typing game to help my son learn proper keyboard technique, email automation systems for enterprise clients, or AI-powered voice agents for restaurants—I love the process of taking an idea from concept to reality.
